Preheat your oven to 350F and arrange a rack in the middle. Place the chickpeas along with rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly coated. Arrange the chickpeas in an even layer on a baking sheet topped with parchment paper and bake until crisp, about 35-45 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
