  • What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

    Holistic Nutritionist practices with the believe that each individual is biochemically unique just like our fingerprints.  They look at the persons nutritional imbalances and areas of weakness and develop a programs that is tailored to their individual needs, keeping in mind their dietary restrictions, sensitivities, intolerance, lifestyle and genetic predisposition.  A person will receive a personalized diet plan, a list of supplements to compliment their new journey to health and lifestyle changes that will further propel them to a better healthier more vibrant life.

  • Who should see a Holistic Nutritionist?

    Anyone looking to improve their well being and create a healthier more vibrant lifestyle.  I’m here to help you develop long-term sustainable change that you’ll be able to apply everyday.  If you’re looking for a quick fix or want to follow the current fad diet I’m sorry to say you won’t find it here.

  • What can I expect from my first session?

    In your first session we will discuss your concerns, goals and expectations.  I will throughly go over your food diary and filled out form.  We will put a plan together that will be catered specifically to your needs and I will email you all the details within 24hrs. of our appointment.

  • I live outside of Toronto can I still book an appointment with you?

    ABSOLUTELY!!  Appointments can be done in person or via Skype.  So we can chat whether you’re in my hood or half way across the world.
